Originally a grassroots organization led by and established by Black vascular surgeons, we have now grown to over 250 members, reflecting our expanding influence and commitment to our mission. We credit our growth to our ability to understand and utilize the potential of serendipity, mentorship, and preparedness to help Black vascular surgeons seize opportunities and forge a successful career path.
